Every situation is unique, and support is tailored to suit each individual and family.

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) Program

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy is an evidence-based program designed to support cognitive function, confidence and social connection for people living with mild to moderate dementia.

Sessions provide meaningful mental stimulation in a supportive and welcoming environment and can complement existing medical and care supports.

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy programs are available in:

  • Small group format
  • One-to-one sessions
  • Online/virtual programs
  • Community or organisation-based settings
Cognitive Group Therapy (CST)

CST programs are delivered through Dementia Wellness, a collaborative initiative focused on supporting people to live well with dementia through evidence-based programs and community connection.

Dementia Education & Awareness Sessions

I offer practical dementia education sessions for community groups, organisations and service providers wanting to better understand dementia and how to support those living with it.

Dementia education sessions are tailored to suit the audience. Sessions may include:

  • Dementia awareness presentations
  • Understanding changes in memory, behaviour and communication
  • Supporting someone following diagnosis
  • Group facilitation and support circles.

I also facilitate community-based initiatives, including the Redcliffe Dementia Sharing Circle, creating safe and welcoming spaces for connection and shared understanding. As a qualified trainer and facilitator (Cert IV in Training & Assessment), I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to the sessions I deliver.

If you would like to organise a session for your group or organisation, I would love to hear from you.
