Dementia Doula

Hello … I’m Lyndal Harris

My work as a Dementia Doula is shaped by personal experience and a genuine desire to support individuals and families living with dementia.

Following a diagnosis, there is often no clear pathway, and many people are left feeling overwhelmed or unsure what comes next. I provide personalised, non-clinical support as needs evolve – offering emotional support, practical guidance and continuity of care, so you feel informed, supported and less alone on the journey.

You’re not alone. I’m here to help you.
